Job Title: Assembler (2nd Shift) Job Description
This role focuses on the precise assembly and manufacturing of medical devices, including catheter products, using a microscope in a cleanroom environment. You will follow regulated manufacturing processes, perform in-process inspections, and work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure the highest levels of product quality and integrity.

Work EnvironmentWork takes place in a controlled cleanroom environment dedicated to medical device manufacturing. You will regularly perform microscope-based assembly and inspection tasks, work with adhesives such as Loctite, and operate specialized production equipment including EFD dispensers and UV curing systems. The environment follows regulated manufacturing standards, including cGMP, SOPs, and strict safety and documentation practices. You will use required safety equipment when performing lab and production work and follow cleanroom protocols to maintain product quality and a safe, orderly workspace. This is a 2nd shift role in a structured, process-driven production setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.15/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
