Our mission is to provide integrated services – from strategic planning to execution – that are creative, cost-effective and responsive to clients’ specific commercial real estate needs. Conducting market research to gather lease/property data using industry platforms (Costar, Placer AI, Crexi). Assist in assembling pitch books when needed. Analyze data on commercial properties, tenants, and local markets. Shadow real estate team members on new leases, releases, and assignments.
